Renowned for its aphrodisiacal power Jasmine is truly a precious ingredient. One tonne of flowers, which can only be picked and processed at dawn produces approximately 1.5kg of absolute perfume oil.
base notes: Patchouli
A characteristically musky, earthy ingredient, it lends a deep richness to perfume. To ensure the best quality oil, the leaves are harvested before they turn brown, then heaped to ferment slightly, before extraction occurs.
